DecentHolograms
Install DecentHolograms as ServerNPC main hologram engine.
#1 - First Step
You need to download DecentHolograms from thier spigot page. Click here to download.
#2 - Second Step
Drag and Drop DecentHolograms in your server/plugins folder.
#3 - Final step
Restart the server. /reload is not recommended for this porpuse.
Download and install PlaceholderAPI to enable Placeholders like %player_name%.
